Do I have control over the Reverse DNS of my IP Address?
If you would like to change the Reverse DNS record of your IP Address(es) simply open a ticket with Support and we will be glad to assist.
Do you allow IRC?
Many providers frown upon IRC usage. We are avid users of IRC ourselves, come hang out with us in #TDRevolution on FreeNode. IRC usage is fine by us, so long as you are not causing issues for our network by attracting DDoS attacks, nor are you part of or participating in any kind of botnet.
Who are your bandwidth/connectivity providers?
Our bandwidth providers include AboveNet, XO, nLayer and PacketExchange.
Do you provide any control panel installations?
We are proud of the fact that our VPS installations are very light weight and allow you to install only the software packages you need. You are welcome to install a control panel of your choosing, but at this time we do not provide any control panels pre-installed, nor do we offer installation services.
How much control do I have over my VPS?
You have full root access, with the ability to reboot, shutdown, power on, and reinstall your VPS at any time through our web based control panel. This control panel also allows you to connect directly to a virtual serial console in the event that you lock yourself out of your server.
How many IP addresses do I get?
Your VPS comes with one IP address by default. If you would like to order additional IP addresses for $1.50/mo per IP address, please open a ticket with Sales.
